At Honey Sisters, we aim to keep things as simple and flexible as possible — so you can enjoy cookies on your terms.
Subscription Orders
- As a subscription customer, you have full control of your plan through your personal dashboard.
- You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription anytime directly in your account.
- To make sure changes apply to your upcoming delivery, please update your subscription at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery notice.
- After this time, your cookies will already be in preparation and the order will proceed as planned.
One-Time Online Purchases
- If you place a one-time order through our online shop, you may cancel it at no cost before it has been processed for shipment.
- Once your order is packed and handed over for delivery, cancellations are no longer possible (see our Refund Policy for cases of damage or quality issues).
How to Cancel
- Subscription users: Log into your Honey Sisters dashboard to manage your plan.
- Online customers: Contact us at support@honeysisters.nl with your order number, and we’ll help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.
