Refund policy
At Honey Sisters, every cookie is baked with love, tradition, and the finest organic ingredients. We want you to enjoy our cookies as much as we enjoy baking them for you. Because our treats are fresh and perishable, our policy is a little different from shops that sell non-food items.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once cookies have been delivered.
- We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- Your cookies arrive damaged during transit,
- You receive the wrong items, or
- The cookies are not fresh or up to our quality promise.
How to Report a Problem
- Please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery if something isn’t right.
- Email us at support@honeysisters.nl with your order number and a few photos so we can take care of it quickly.
Refunds
- Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we’ll arrange either a replacement or a refund.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Notes
- We do our best to deliver your cookies fresh and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays caused by courier services,
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers, or
- Packages left unattended after a successful delivery.
